AI Strategy & Roadmap
Board ambition, sequenced into a costed, shippable plan. I separate what's real from what's press-release, then put prices and dates on the rest.

- Build vs. buy calls
- 12-month roadmap
- Board-ready business case
✳ 01 — Services
Every engagement is scoped to a decision, not a deliverable. I consult alongside my work at Beyon — pick the door that matches where you are.

Multi-agent workflows designed to survive contact with production. Evals before features, humans in the loop where it counts, and a handover your team can actually run.
I find the 20% of your workflows worth automating first — and the ones to leave alone. Ranked by return, not by what demos well.
Your leadership team, conversant in AI — not just curious about it. Working sessions built around your business, with live systems on screen instead of slideware.
✳ 02 — Method
Phase 1 — Weeks 0–2
I sit with the teams, read the systems, find where money actually leaks.
You get: A problem map nobody argues with.
Phase 2 — Weeks 2–4
Architecture, evals and the business case — decided, not debated.
You get: A plan with prices and dates on it.
Phase 3 — Weeks 4–12
Small team, weekly ships, evals before features.
You get: A working system in production, not a demo.
Phase 4 — Ongoing
Your people run it. I get out of the way.
You get: Playbooks, training, and a phone number that still answers.
✳ 03 — FAQ
A 30-minute intro call, then usually a fixed-fee two-week diagnostic. You get real findings either way — if we stop there, you still walk away with the problem map.
I'm based in Bahrain and work on-site across the GCC. Everything else runs remotely — and most engagements end up hybrid: on-site for diagnosis and workshops, remote for the build.
You do. Code, prompts, eval suites, documentation — all of it is handed over, in your repositories, under your accounts. No lock-in by design.
No — it's the most common starting point. Part of the work is sequencing what you can ship now against what needs foundations first, and being honest about which is which.
None. I hold no reseller agreements and take no referral margins. Recommendations are driven by your constraints — cost, latency, data residency — and tested in your evals, not mine.
Fixed fees, scoped up front. Diagnostics are a flat rate; builds are priced per phase after the diagnostic. No hourly meters running in the background.

Bring one workflow that hurts. Leave with a first read and a rough sizing.
